The white is the outline, and the neon parts are places that represent where I was going to shade different colors. I never got around to finishing coloring it though, so I might finish it

Ok actually I went back into my drawing app and turns out that's not as far as I got, I actually near finished the base colors so here that is. I can't decide if I want to keep the white outline and black background or switch it to the standard black outline and white background, I feel like white looks better as an outline.
