One way you can stop an ant problem is to get peppermint 100% essential oil peppermint. Use the peppermint oil and spread around the areas of entry around the house doors, windows, garage door. That's the stop any further break-ins of ant problems.

Another way you can stop an ant infestation is clean around the house find any food crumbs you may have left on the ground or other places like cabinets and the refrigerator, a way to get rid of the ants is get hot soapy water and spray it directly on the ants if that continues not to work yes as @Lazerhubs said you can use spray on raid but I do not recommend to get sticky traps they're only good for catching rats and mice they're not really good for catching insects ants are smart insects and will communicate with each other if something goes wrong. 
So I recommend if you search up on Google the best way to get rid of ants or an ant infestation most the results will come up with homemade solutions following the lines of hot soapy water or vinegar. And some solutions will have you mix up 100% essential peppermint oil.

Yes, All of this is correct, also here is a method that i used and it worked, Mix Baking soda With Honey, The baking soda will Kill the ants, While the honey will attract them and Make them eat the Substance, Leave it there for a day, then The ants will eat it n die.
