If a girl is bisexual, “You just want attention, I mean if you really think about it all girls are bi, It’s a phase, you’ll get over it sooner or later.
If a boy is bisexual: “No man, you’re gay. You can’t be bi, It’s just a phase. You have to pick a side. You’re just saying that to get attention”
I am bisexual.
This means that I am sexually attracted to girls and boys. This means that there is a chance that I will marry someone with the same parts as me.
They exist.
“You have to pick a side!!”
You know it’s okay to love them both. It’s okay to love boys and girls.
I’m not confused, this is not a phase, I’M NOT GAY, and I’M NOT STRAIGHT!!!!
I can’t chose or I would be throwing myself in the trash, I would be disobeying you. I would be losing myself.

I’m bisexual.
This means that I am sexually attracted to girls and boys. This means that I was born this way. This means my community is the LGBTQ+ community.


I’m Bisexual and I’m finally proud of myself for the first time in years, I’m comfortable with living in my body.
An if you can’t learn to live with that or accept that. That’s fine, you can leave, disown me, or do whatever it is that you need to do. I’m fine with that because I can finally be me.

Well to be honest, it doesn't exactly read like a typical poem, more like a speech. Poems are sort of a mixture of song and speech, and they have a rhythm to it.

It's definitely expressive though, which may be enough to qualify it as a poem in some books.

The way you introduce these quotes could be smoother. Who is saying it, like:

If a girl is bisexual, they say: "You just want..."

Also a key feature of poems is presenting ideas differently, atypically, or figuratively.

So perhaps instead of,
"If a girl is bisexual,"
You could say:
"If she likes girls too,"

@shadow idk if you're bi or not (no hate or anything) but me as a bisexual girls, I always get comments saying "You're not really bi" or "You're just doing this to get attention" and stuff like that. The person in the poem that is saying that stuff, are the people that give me those comments. And I really like how you phrased that!!!

I think some girls definitely do it for the attention, it's just unfortunate that it blankets everybody who might want to express themselves as they feel to be.

@shadow yea for sure, I mean when I came out, I got dragged so bad. It definitely sucks for the ones that are actually bi to be outed because everyone thinks they're doing it for attention, just because that's what other girls are doing.
