why everytime i plant my plant it dies? Idk what im doing wrong. and sometimes it even gets moldy

The plant dying could be due to a lot of things, but the mold specifically is likely due to overwatering or bad water drainage. Plants can only absorb so much water, and excess water that accumulates can lead to mold.
