this is very confusing, I don't see pros or cons in either, can I get some opinions? Think about setting up a code for 24 letters (all of the letters in the alphabet except for O and I) with a two-number code for each letter. What are the pros and cons of assigning codes randomly vs. systematically?

Well if you are getting random codes like for say if you got google to suggest a password it just uses its random algorithm to make a random password. If you do a code of your choice there wont be as many people to be able to guess your password. The reason for this is because google could suggest it to many other people. A account password that you choose is way harder to guess than a password google gives you. @extrinix could give you a better explanation tho. I hope I was able to help you!
Aint that like hacking doe
"Hacking"٫ not in most cases but still I believe randomly generated passwords are actually more secure٫ as it uses a set of a-z٫ A-Z٫ and 0-9٫ which means a multitude of more security than a normal password٫ unless it's a similar format to the randomly generated one
Oh cause usually it gives me some password like if i cant think of one ye that makes sense
this seems more complicated now
Anyways٫ so pros and cons Random generation is more secure than specified generation٫ and specified generation is easier to remember and format than random generation In short
ok thanks!
No problem ^^
