I know what you mean.... I never got to meet my own little sis. I was just a kid myself and my two brothers and I got adopted together but it was a long time before I found out I had a sis.... I often wonder what she was like.... I'll never know... she passed away before she was even a year old...

Yeah, I know but she's in a much better place. :) When I start wishing that she was alive instead of me, I remind myself that she's in a better place and she would want me to live my life the best way that I can. And so, I'm trying to do that for her and all my friends and family.

I just hope I make my adoptive mom proud because I don't know what my dad thinks of me now.... Haven't seen him since the divorce when I was 9. But we try our best with what we have-each other. And really, that's all anyone needs in their life.

You are really lucky... I didn't think my brothers and I would be adopted until we were. We've been through 7 different foster homes before we were even adopted

My other brother wasn't messed with but he has bipolar. Me and john both have fetal alcohol syndrome and I am a survivor of baby shaken syndrome but john has it worse than me. He was beaten by our dad and oh nvm I'll stop lol igtg anyway
