Twitter is also extremely helpful; it is based entirely on posting short messages about updates for a person or place. When users follow Mindstorms on twitter, they can get updates on new releases or links to get help for working the Mindstorms product. Alone, websites like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook would not do well in supplying information to consumers. Because users these days mostly use mobile devices to shop online, it can be hard to get good, detailed information about a product. So, YouTube is a great fix for this because it works on all devices, and all you must do is watch.
