Notice you have a right triangle with its hypotenuse as the diameter of the circle. So to find the diameter, find the hypotenuse of that triangle. You have two legs, 18 and 24 cm. Those are your a and b values in the Pythagorean formula. a^2 + b^2 = c^2 Plug in the a and b values and solve for c.
