Well some things I would do is I would drink some water then I would listen to some music as well. Take deep breaths and then I would also talk to someone about whats going on and ask if they could help you in some way. Also you could just do some things that you enjoy doing to relax. just remember that everyone else is a person, just like you. No one is perfect, and frankly most likely no one is judging you either. It seems extremely stressful in the moment but everything will be fine. The person who can comfort yourself the most easily is yourself. Just take the focus off yourself, think of funny things, talk with people, and if you don't know the people around you just calm yourself by listening to music, playing with a stress toy, etc. I know it's easier said then done, but try to bring your mind to a good place and I promise and guarantee good results.
