How do you cope with anxiety?

You could also face your problem so you would not have to do deal with it anymore and get rid of anxiety Sleeping is also pretty good, also avoid anything that is not positive towards you

Also go have fun with life don't be in your room all the time like me I still learning how to let stuff off my chest so try to stay positive even tho I try to donset mean u have to sit in your room all day find u somone u can talk to to let out the stuff on your chest

u cant i have anxiety really bad and at this point i cant even talk to people or do anything cus it causes anxiety for some odd reason
