An amusement park issued a coupon to increase the number of visitors to the park each week. The function below represents the number of visitors at the amusement park x weeks after the issuance of the coupon. V(x) = 500(1.4)x What is the approximate average rate of change over the interval [2, 6]?

average rate of change over [2,6] is (V(6) - V(2)) / (6 - 2) calculate V(6) and V(2) by plugging in x = 6 and x = 2 into the function. from there, plug them into the average rate of change formula.
