Theoretically, time travel is possible. What conditions would an object need to undergo to travel back in time?

We would need energy. LOTS OF ENERGY. Traveling back in time would require some sort of loophole to be able to even try. We do not have the technology yet, but, soon we will!

We would need masses of normal/everyday energy.
