I got a false ban (which I solved, but took a whole week) for "evasion". However, I wanted to speak with a mod about what happened. I had to wait for a while just to be able to create another account.

My friend got banned for "evasion". However, he has never been banned.

This, it happens. Not to mention people sharing there accounts with so many people they got caught in the cross-fire and we don't have the resources to try to differentiate between them, it's easier to carpet ban.

As for why we don't answer, because we have yet to get a single person email us who actually should be unsuspended or unbanned, they are all people complaining about a false ban or false suspension when they were definitely the ones at fault. So it makes it even harder to find legitimate cases among the hundreds of false emails.

We've thought about changing the SmartScore system to a more traditional level system - but I just haven't gotten around to designing the algorithm for that yet
