help
I haven't done this yet, so I don't understand it. Sorry, if I knew it I'd fs help you. Hopefully you can get help. Sorry :(
It is :/ I didn't know sorry
me thinking u have to divide the both numbers and other stuff idk
Simple subtract both numbers for the angle than round
|dw:1646862892633:dw| I'm kinda late on this question but I hope my explanation helps with future references. In the picture, we can see that the opposite and adjacent sides are given. To find the angle, we first have to do tangent, then do the inverse of tangent. \[\tan \theta =\frac{ o }{ a }\] As shown in the picture attached, the opposite side is 134 and the adjacent is 170. \[tan \theta=\frac{ 134 }{ 170 }=0.7882\] Now to find the angle measurement, we find the inverse of tangent which is: \[\tan^{-1}\] Now, in your calculator, you will put 0.7882 and press the inverse tan button. \[\theta = \tan^{-1} ( 0.7882)\] The final answer you should get is 38.25 which when rounded to the nearest degree is `38.` Therefore, the angle of elevation is `38` degrees.
