Krissy525:

I've been getting migraines every day as of here lately. I have tried taking pain meds, limiting the amount of time I am in the light, wearing my glasses regularly, limiting the amount of time on electronics, limiting stress factors, and eating, but nothing seems to be helping. Does anyone know what it could be or any other ways to get rid of migraines?

NoodlesAndRiceYT:

Are you drinking enough water?

NoodlesAndRiceYT:

My papa is the same way but he had to have 9 brain surgeries before he started having migraines regularly

NoodlesAndRiceYT:

My mom is the same way as well.

NoodlesAndRiceYT:

Have you hit your head hard in the past?

Depends on your environment. Usually I get migraines from light, heat, strong smell, and a lot more. I just drink water, take headache medicine and sleep. Or I take a hot shower (only if I have a really severe migraine). Most of the time it works. Other times... it ends bad. I recommend just drinking water, taking meds, sleeping. Usually it should work. But if you can't sleep, then maybe take whatever type of shower you prefer. Then try. to sleep.
