The goal is to be able to be around people and not have social anxiety. Not stay away from them...

find something you can do to focus all your nervous energy on

like talking or doing an activity

with sad it's best to try not to focus on the thoughts of "they're all looking and staring" you have to focus on everyone as a whole looking at everyone else. do your best to work with things that help you cope in general, like for me music and i have a worry stone i rub my fingers on.

sad is actually extremely hard to deal with, sometimes it feels like its never going to come to and end but its all about finding what works best for you which can take a while. but also remembering your not alone.

It is really hard, and it really hurts when I see everyone else able to talk and speak to others and make friends with no problem what so ever and I wish I could just be normal.

dont think of it as normal, nobody is normal. some people just have it more challeniging then others. i have a lot of diagnosed disorders. and sad and autism make it really hard for me to do anything with others. but you gotta push yourself and make a goal to work towards. even if its complementing one random persons outfit everyday. it helps.
