But they have already been punished. She is purple now bc she worked at it. But when she gets more then a couple medals then they get taken again.

they got medal spammed. Take their stuff, move on. Thats what happened on pa. If someone got spammed their level got reset to what it was pre-spam and that was it

No she is not banned, you can't get banned for it the first time bc most new users do not read the rules. If you repetitivley do it you can get banned. But you might be able to come back if you talk to the moderators about it.

I am not sure what you refer to "any excessive amounts of medals she earns get taken"

At the moment, as far as I know, the only way you can "lose" medals is if the giver removes it themselves or if the post is deleted. Mods cannot remove medals (that doesn't exist yet)
