I have an idea could we add a mod staff per week?, if so it has to be people who have had experience on this site, and has been here for 2 to 3 years, and gets along great with the people on this site.

Well my thought on this is I don't think we should have a mod every single week because it would get very crowded and it would defeat the priority of mod and the power. It would also be a thing where there would be a weekly post for a new mod kinda like the weekly post for feel good Friday. There are many mods and ambas to help out. If the qc team feels like there should be a change there probably will. They will do changes when it is necessary. I know you do want a change but you just have to wait and see what's in store for the future of QC. @dude might have different thinking than I do. That's just my thinking tho.

I definitely agree that we need more moderators. The issue is finding qualified people and with enough free time to be able to moderate.

If we had enough qualified people, adding permanent moderators every week is a really short time to assess a candidate.

I would also like to add that moderators have to be adults. The majority of our userbase aren’t adults… which invalidates a lot of people. It’s a really small pool to choose from s:

I do have a theoretical fix for you about that. If you catch some one breaking the rules, you should report them, take a ss of it and send to a mod, and then in some cases block them.

Well but there is a handful who are responsible enough to take on mod without being an adult. Just an example ext is a very responsible person and he is not an adult. Thats just thinking out loud tho. I know even when you have a small pool of people to choose from.

noodles is added to my list, we have a pool of at LEAST 5 people who are responsible enough even though we have very little idea what the qualifying factors are and we are not mods so we don't know what and who is responsible enough.

I mean correct me if I am wrong but there are two sides to the argument. In theory if some how even tho its not going to happen if all the old mods came back from being gone then we would have enough mods that we would not have this problem. Then there is also the point where there are users like @umm or @thisgirlpretty who have been ambass and would make great mods.

Then there are the other users like myself and ext and @justsaiyan who would make good new ambass or mods. So then again it all depends on how you think about it and what the qc team thinks about this.
