I personally think that intersectionality is extremely important just because it acknowledges that everyone has different experiences with oppression and being a minority because obviously systems of inequality differs with different people.

About the leadership question, I think that Latina leadership is crucial for representation. Every minority group needs to be represented in order for change to happen.
