There is over at least 50 reports to the mods everyday and you can imagine that dealing with all 50 reports is hard. So I if it is something that can wait until the mods have time then wait. If it is something important I would take a screenshot and send it to a mod and also report it as well. Everything takes time and is a process so you just have to wait for when the mods have time.
