What are ways to increase self-confidence and decrease self-conciousness?

Will be needing this for later... Can't say why.

Try not to look down on yourself, that does you no good. Think of the good things about yourself because that gets you farther in life rather then to think bad which gets you no where good. Maybe set up a goal everyday to get acomplished that you know is gonna make you feel good that you got it done after you have done it, like working out or setting up a good hygiene, etc. That is a way to increase self-confidence.
