Anyone know how to mind control? Nah I'm kidding. I was actually wondering how you ppl deal with emotions and how you release them in a healthy way without hurting anyone verbally and physically
That's honestly an interesting question Everyone does it a dif way but me personally I like to think of it as treat people how you get treated you know? I tend to stay calm knowing that when you argue, the opposite tends to repeat what they say so i think positive of myself thinking that even if i try talking back, their mind wouldn't comprehend When it's something serious such as teasing/bullying/harrassment, i would usually take it to "administration" but not say too much to friends as it tends to spread fast which isn't the best Overall, I release my emotions knowing how the other might release theirs Don't make it worse, end it before it becomes worse, deal with it logically not mentally (:
