What are some ways to deal with stress that continuously piles up?

Well what helps me is squeezing a stress ball or messing with my sleeve.

I like to do something creative and relaxing so drawing, painting, pottery ect. or if your not into that sports just by yourself so there isn't stress so you could go outside and just kick a soccer ball for a little bit every day to distract yourself, because the best thing to do is distract yourself and if your doing to much and there are things you could stop like say your stressed out because you told someone you would help them study for an exam if its giving you stress then don't do that thing anymore I had to quit a group i was in because it was causing to much stress because i was expected to be there every weekend and sometimes i couldn't make it and i had a lot of responsibility to do in it so i just quit because they were asking to much of me and i couldn't handle the stress of it

Doing things that you like really help me, it depends on who you ask though. Like @sophieee said, doing creative things can help. Looking over what you're stressed about, and trying to find solutions can help as well. Of course usually stress occurs from things that are kinda hard to change but just finding little things and tweaking your schedule, trying new things, etc. is how I get through stress (a lot is caused from my family so just try and find a safe place to calm down and be by yourself, and usually they have good intentions)

Basically, just take it day by day. Perhaps a stress ball won't fix all your problems, but stress toys and things to fidget with can help with smaller stress problems. (ex: the grade you got on a test)
