Okay, I'm writing a horror story about a man named Todd. Todd is an abusive husband and long story short, he gets trapped inside a mansion. The mansion is owned by his wife who wants payback and causes pschological mysteries for her husband to solve. The mysteries are a story he must put together and the mansion is plagued by fear.

P.S. Todd tries to change during his abusive outburst but it's too late by the time his wife builds the deemed "Horror House." What ideas can you provide that I haven't already thought of?

An idea that you may not have thought of is that the husband was abused as a child and now harming his wife to get out of his that he is gay. He only married his wife to please his parents. Lol idk

Definitely add another man included in it. Maybe plot the story around someone cheating. Then ends up the wide murdering the hubby but staying with the man.
