Try peppermint essential oils and apply it to where it hurts the most. Just try to keep it away from your eyes, though. Either if that doesn't reach out, talk it over with your doctor.

I would take pain reliever and then drink some tea and go lay done
I'd do all the things that the other people said. But if it turns out that the migraines are constant day by day, then you'd need to go to a doctor to see if they can do anything.
