Ways to deal with mental stress?
Calm Down deep breathes and relax. Move on from things that might haunt you.
Set aside time for yourself and get enough sleep also except your needs
But what if I can't aviod those things? and I do get enough sleep

Understandable question, All you do is move on from the past stuff that has happened. It may take a while to recover from your stress but sooner or later that stress will go away and you will find a new you. What I did to help mine was I had thought about my personal beauty and how I have family and friends who care for me and hate to see me stressed out.
