When there is an imbalance in a body system, and the body cannot maintain homeostasis, how might other systems respond? SO CONFUSEEDDD
what r ur answer choices
there isn't one she has to type it out
ok I think it's the body will be told to shiver or sweat because homeostasis is maintaining body temperature and since thats not working the body might get to hot or cold. Organs might also struggle like kidneys would shut down a bit
Thank you!!

1. The nervous system can activate the sympathetic response, also known as the "fight or flight" response, which is designed to help the body respond to stress and danger. This can include increased heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing rate. 2. The endocrine system can release hormones that help to regulate processes such as blood sugar levels, water balance, and electrolyte balance. For example, the pancreas releases insulin to help regulate blood sugar levels when they are too high. 3. The immune system can respond to threats such as infections or inflammation, by activating white blood cells and releasing inflammatory chemicals to fight off the threat. 4. The circulatory system can respond to imbalances by adjusting blood flow to different parts of the body, such as increasing blood flow to the brain or to areas that need more oxygen.
