oh im not from Georgia :/ basically i just added several layers, looked at some sunsets, added some of the sun set colors then on another layer i drew the city shade ig then i blended all the colors together and added the yellow at the bottom blended it, than i added some white, and made it look like clouds and blended it again and thats all, so if you guys wanna draw sum like that there you go.
