i think its lack of exercise because there is so many fat kids dying because their parents wont tell them to stop eating bobby and then eventually they get diabetes and then eventually when they grow up they have the same habits and then even they start working and burger king and that means they have to eat that as their lunch and not knowing any better they keep eating that with sprite without the ice and then eventually bobby dies from obesity and his lungs suffocates from his fatness

yes, because they cannot get a 100% medical diagnosis, and if they do not, or cannot go to the doctor regularly (part of the system), it is likely for a child to not know that they have a disease
