Yep, you're right it is B because they usually develop in the summer over the desert During the summer, they deliver record heat to places like Mississippi Alley, although they rarely travel east or southeast.

I just didn't know if it was B or D because I found people saying that it is D but my notes say that it's B so I just needed to make sure thats its B

Yes it would be warm and moist because the air needs to go over the water and it is hot
