complementary angles are 2 angles that you add together to make a right angle (or a 90 degree angle) supplementary angles are 2 angles that you add together to make a straight angle (or a 180 degree angle) tbh, I have no idea what a vertical angle is, but I'm pretty sure it supplementary.
