There’s not a 1:1 correlation between your level and your medal count

Your medals help contribute to the score but each individual medal is only a small part of the total score

The total score takes all your posts, chats, questions, etc into account.

Then going along with what voca said you talk in the chat and fan and get fans for your engagement up. Then the other two rely on answers questions with good responses not like a 1 or 2 word answer. Then the more your smart score goes up which is your 41 means you have been getting your smart score up. Medals do not correlate because if they did I would be at 99 because I have over 700 medals.

Also another thing is do not get an alt account and give yourself medals because that would be artificially moving your smart score up. That is a big NO here. That will result in a warning or a ban or suspension depending on who and how the mod or ambass goes about it.
