Do you ever think "does the media impact political parties?". Well, it does It has an impact on politics because some people are throwing hate at some parties, sometimes people disagree with someone's beliefs and they would go on Twitter or Instagram and throw hate and put that person and their beliefs down. There are multiple parties but the main two parties that are very big and popular are the republicans and democrats.



There are a lot of media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and Twitter. People also use these platforms to their advantage. Black-mailing is something that most people try to do. Blackmailing is doing something by using threats or manipulating somebody's feelings. People also might manipulate someone. Manipulation is not only used on people running for the government. People manipulate others to get what they want. They may feel the need to control someone or multiple people.


As stated in the first paragraph there is a variety of social media platforms. Social media is used by journalists, politicians, and citizens. The media is used to inform the citizens what's happening with the government. It can also inform people about events that are happening in the world not only in the U.S. Leaders are more likely to be 100% about what there saying because they know the public is watching. Let's use former president trump as an example, Donald J. Trump tweeted a lot of things because he was able to do it while he could. Now that he is the former president people will still care but not as much.

First off, the sentences in the first paragraph are really long. Also, the second paragraph needs to stay focused on media and politics and social media is not traditional media so check up on those definitions. As always, you can do more research and even find videos where people explain this topic. There is a free site that can really help clean up your writing and it is called "Slick Write".

Overall, this essay isn't badly written, it's good! There are a few punctuational errors though.

To start off, you should know that starting your introduction paragraph with a question isn't always the best. It is better to start your introduction paragraph with something better, such as a statistic or definition. But moving on, in the first sentence, there should not be a period after the question because you already put a question mark inside of the quotation. (There can't be two punctuation marks.)

Also, in the sentence `“Let's use former president trump as an example, Donald J. Trump tweeted a lot of things because he was able to do it while he could.“` You can simplify the transition word by just saying “For example, [and continue the sentence].“

And lastly, you should conclude your body paragraph with a concluding sentence, to sum up what you just said in the body paragraph.
