Places like North Korea and China have restrictions on google. So then they can only see certain things or search up certain things.

It is the same for all governments. They restrict different things whether it's an App on the App store such as Tiktok or Snapchat or Facebook. It all depends on the type of government.

This is correct but only important people in North Korea are allowed to search up things, not the average person.

Yep! And it's not only just google it's all web browsing and traffic. The government will setup restrictions on the networks of their countries to block access to certain material.

Those sources are usable to everyone in the world who isn’t restricted from using them or there information, so please keep that in mind. Google isn’t restricted to everyone in the world either it is just how others see the internet in their heads. When they use it it makes them think they are not intelligent because the internet “knows everything” The internet only knows what we put on it, and technically it was created by men so we are the smart one’s.
