Hey wrote a poem because I'm lowkey sad

I want to keep my feelings away
"they don't matter."
deep down in a dark place
In some cases, I can even forget
but I still know they are down there
Today I was with my friends and we had a heart to heart
I let my feelings slip
But I kept a grip, I didn't let them see too much
"my problems aren't theirs."
No, but they do matter.
People do care
