what happens to accounts when they get permanantly banned

They can't log back onto that account obviously. The accounts are banned, theres no way back into them. Whats there thats not to understand?

Not necessarily deleted, but it is to the point it is not known as a user. For instance, the messages and questions they asked are still there, it is more of when you try to search them up you may not find them due to question cove rules after they got banned permanently. Accounts are not able to be accessed again overall.
