Imagine you have a pedicure client and you notice the free edge corner of one of the big toes is red and the client says it is sensitive. What would this indicate to you and how would you explain this to your client?

To me this would indicate that the client has what is called an "ingrown toenail" You would explain this to your client by telling them what it is then explain to them what it is for example "an ingrown toenail is part of the nail that has grown into the skin in the side of your toe" Hope this helps (:
