Insomnia is a disorder in which it's really hard to fall to sleep. Aside from sleeping pills and other forms of drugs, you can: Exercise and keep active to make yourself tired, and your body will want to fall asleep. Don't drink any caffeinated drinks or eat large quantities of food before bed Limit your naps and resting times, your body won't want to rest if you have already. Have a good schedule, I tend to get super tired when it hits that regular time I go to bed, just like your body wants to wake up around the same time everyday if you're consistent
