Kinda wrote something small for a literature assignment but I kinda wanna continue this, how is it?

Like a parasite to it's prey
And all people saw of her
Was her attitude, like a calm storm
She always felt a loving hate towards people
Despite of what others think or feel
Even throughout the months and years
No one could hear the silent screams
Of the woman's soul asking for comfort
