I'm not political but people have freedom of speech. Twitter had the right to ban Trump; they're a privately owned company. And Elon can unban him if he wants because he'll own it privately

If Elon decides to change Twitter into a place with more free-speech, it may conflict with decisions that would make the company more money. But, as of April 14th, the day Elon bought Twitter, their stock price went up by like 4% as of now, so it seems like investors have been slightly more optimistic on its future.

If Elon decides to fire a bunch of employee, that's generally bad news for any company, as morale will be low for an employee having their coworkers fired. That's usually the case for every company in the past (like HBO for example). If that ever happens I predict the stock price will plummet, but that's just my guess.
