- If you are close to the person, try talking to them about their feelings (please keep in mind your responses and be sensitive to the situation).

- Try to have them seek professional help through the hotline 800-273-8255. Trying to talk to someone who is suicidal is a difficult thing to do. Having a professional would be much more impactful.
