This still doesn't really narrow it down. Websites are a large and broad area, you can have something as basic as Hello World, or something as complex as QuestionCove. You'll need to be more specific with what exactly you want for someone to help, for example if you wanted to start of basic with learning the basics of HTML I would recommend w3schools: https://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
