Not exactly, Ambassador elections are around every beginning and end of the year, just depends on when the staff are ready. It’s not just about answering and helping, although that does play a part, it’s about how well you can help introduce and assist people with the site in general, not just helping questions. It’s focused on maturity from what I’ve noticed.

Not to mention you have to have had your account for over 6 months, and have had no moderation strikes within 2 months of the election periods.

Elections are also done by the staff members as a group.
