well i feel as if it could either be B or C because it all depends on the person because they could comprehend the stuff she is reading when she reads fast, or she could re read it so that she can understand and comprehend and remember what she reads

ok but, I think D would be a better option because if she's reading in her head, she'll start daydreaming, so reading aloud would help her focus better.
