the main reason behind the bombing of libya was because they were planning on terroristic actions resulting in us being attack so we had prevented that from happening by bombing main building of theres such as there headquarters of there leader Muammar al-Qaddafi

Vo could also be talking about World War 2, the Egyptian–Libyan War, the Kufra Conflict, or even either of the Libyan civil wars.
