How do ya'll control anger? and how is being depressed not good for your health?

I focus on my breathing patterns and ignore bad thoughts i allow myself to relax.
Being deppressed can lead to suicidal thoughts and actually motivate you to harmful self inflicted damage and you basically stay in a sad desperate lonely and doubtful and hopeless mood

Anger can be controlled by understanding that u are angry and what u are angry about and how the problem can be solved so it doesn’t happen again
