All I can say is that the app might be glitched, so restart your phone because it’s probably a glitch with the phone. And QC not loading on computer is most likely an internet problem. All I can say.

It could also be your browser, it has been known for certain search engines to bug out the site. Unless you're using bing or just plain google, both of those work great. I think it was safari and one other that had a bug.

If I'm getting this right- It's not loading up on your computer and you can't type on the app on mobile?
