In case you still need help - this is asking your opinion on the issue of flag burning and whether it should be a right or not.

The amendment they're talking about is most likely the First Amendment, which includes the right to free speech. Under Texas v. Johnson, the Supreme Court ruled that flag burning *is* protected under the First Amendment as an expression of free speech.

With that being said, what do you think? Should it be protected or not, and why? To help formulate your opinion, I would strongly recommend doing research on flag burning as well as the First Amendment in general.
