What is the volume of the fluid in the graduated cylinder with accuracy and measured to the correct degree of precision? 41.2 mL 42.0 mL 41.23 mL 41.89 mL
do you have any image about this cylinder ?
?
do you have again any details to calcule the volume ? or just looking this image ?
from this image result that is between 41 and 42 but in this way you not can clarify it more exactly - my opinion
thank you.

Look at the meniscus (the lowermost part of the curved part of the water). Each of the tick marks between 40 and 50 is 1 mL since there are 10 tick marks. Looking at the meniscus, you can see that it’s a little over 41 but less than 42. To go further than that, you can go *one* decimal point beyond the measurement. Using process of elimination, there’s only one choice that is greater than 41, less than 42, and only has 1 decimal point.
