How can I make a person's features cartoonish??

Cartoons are really exaggerated so like you can try with like bigger eyes or something like that, I'd have to see what you're trying to draw in order to give you some help.

Have you ever seen a caricature? It’s when one part of a real things features are incredibly exaggerated, usually for entertainment purposes. That’s a good first step to a good cartoon design. Maybe tone down the exaggeration, and add several of them. Cartoons also typically have incredibly bold lines. There’s also usually less shading. So outline it with a bold black, as well as important details in the character itself. That’s about all I know on the subject. Good luck!
